I got the Rombeau Chardonnay (server recommended), and it was lovely!
Went two weeks ago - I think it was a Tuesday. They have a half off on a bottle of wine and so I think that was Tuesday (it was one of the early days of the week). I got the Rombeau Chardonnay (server recommended), and it was lovely! And less than you'd pay retail with the discount.
My dining partner had a dish that was disappointing (sea bass on pasta ), just lacked any pizazz and was quite pricey. I had the canneloni (delicious), which is my favorite there aside from the clam linguini.
Big improvement in service --the same nice helpful young woman helped us who we'd seen before (a few months prior). They have WONDERFUL bread there too, great for dipping in the olive oil.

Great Ambiance!
Excellent! I've been here twice now in the past month, and both times came away completely satisfied. Came one Friday night a couple of weeks ago, and the place was packed. Luckily, my girlfriend and I had a reservation and were seated pretty quickly. We shared a caesar to start - the dressing was great (and I can be a real snob about that). Portion was enough for 2 to share comfortably. I had the canneloni and she had the butternut squash ravioli. I really enjoyed my dish, but hers was absolutely incredible. On the second time around, she ordered the same but I elected to try the Lasagna Firenze (one of their specialties, our server told me). I was estatic. Too many places cake on so much cheese in a lasagna, it overpowers the natural flavor of the meats and noodles. Not so here, it was a perfect blend of flavors. We finished things off with the tiramisu, which was very light and tasty. I will definitely be back! (hopefully soon)
I saw a lot of posts complaining about the price here, but both times our total bill was around $60-70 (not including tip), which to me seemed very reasonable for the quality of meals we had. One final note: if you have the chance to dine out on the patio in the summer, do it! Great ambiance!

*Lovebirds: Good place for date as it's dim and intimate
After a full last half of a Sunday running errands, a friend and I were heading back home and Firenze was on the way. She had been a few times before, but I had seen it many times driving by but never ate there.
We posted up at the dim-lit bar which had a mellow vibe which is assumable for a Sunday night around 7:30p. She had house Chard, I had house Cab, both good. Both had shrimp bisque for app which was GREAT. For entrees she ordered the Special of steamed mussels in a white wine/garlic/red sauce which as reeeeeally good, and I opted for the Linguine Carbonara with peas and proscuitto. Mine was good, and as it should taste- creamy and filling. I'd have to give the nod to the Mussels dish as it was lighter and had more flavor.
Overall, good experience, nothing tastebud popping, but don't see why I wouldn't go back! .
